INDIGENOUS PEOPLE (pre-Christian era)

Regarding my experiences I realized that the majority of people do not know that indigenous people (pre-Christian era) do not use the word prayer. This is very important fact which explains why people in general believe that Native Americans are using prayers for healings and transformations. The truth of the matter is that all indigenous people were doing energy healings.

During 1900-1942 Christian people took Native American Indians from their families and forced them to go to boarding schools. There they were indoctrinated with Christian teachings. When they came back home they started to create a new culture based on Christian doctrines (The Bible). Most Native Americans adopted the Bible; however, there were few indigenous people who were able to hide from those schools and they maintain ancient healings, wisdom, and spirituality.

Real wisdom-keepers kept the original knowledge in regards to working with Mother Earth and they knew how to be one with her. Old, old knowledge was about transferring energies and knowing how to be one and merge with the nature and/or human beings. This ability allowed deep healing on all levels. The ancient wisdom is about life and caries the believe that the universe is a vibration, sound creation. Each sound vibrates with a different frequencies. When we sing positive songs, these sounds opens ones hearts and therefore we become more receptive to outside world. In this receptive state we can very easy use our expanded mind to focus on certain goals. The purer one is the sooner one experiences the manifestation of ones intentions.

For example: Buddha’s teachings were not affected by Christianity and Buddhists kept ancient approach; being one with yourself and others is the foundation to transform the energies which causes the healing process.

The Newsweek’s article (Feb.2009) Joyful Noise by Meryl Davids Landau:

“It doesn’t matter whether you like Pink Floyd or Fergie, Mozart or Tim Mcgraw. Listening to your favorite music doesn’t just relax you – it may actually help your heart.

The same researches who several years ago found that laughter has positive physical effects on the cardiovascular system recently turned their attention to music. They asked 10 people to choose the songs that move them, as well as those that stress them out. The result: The subjects’ blood vessels expanded an average of 26 percent after listening to joyful music for 30 minutes, and narrowed 6 percent after hearing the anxiety-provoking tunes.

We’ve known for a long time that negative emotions damage heart health, and now we’re seeing evidence that euphoria can have a positive effect,” says study author Michael Miller, M.D., director of the Center for Preventive Cardiology at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Dr.Miller notes that the benefits especially affect the endothelium, or inner lining of the blood vessels. A well-functioning endothelium enhances blood flow and blood vessel tone, and also produces higher amounts of the protective chemical nitric oxide, which helps reduce inflammation and keeps platelets from getting sticky.

Although many people in the study preferred country music (and dislike heavy metal), any artist you respond to should generate the same results. “We are all wired uniquely; the kind of music one person likes may be very different from what someone else prefers. The key is whatever gives you a sense of euphoria or well-being,” he says……..”
